Project recovery
GPTI can also take over the recovery of a project already in process. To do this, the project manager must first identify the source of the problem or the aspects to be improved. With the help of the team in place, he or she will then refine an action plan intended to rectify the situation.
The key elements of project recovery are definition management, which ensures the project meets the client's expectations, risk management, which encourages a pro-active attitude, and time and budget management, which proposes measures to respect the established budget and deadlines.
